It has to be easy. If you can only afford a week then you don’t want impact your arrival and departure with drawn-out travel arrangements. There are direct flights from seventeen UK airports to Lanzarote. Its 3-4 hours flying time and only a short transfer in our car, on arrival. Its secluded and safe. You need to feel secure if you’re going to relax. Lanzarote is designated a biosphere by the United Nations and the island is largely unspoilt save three low rise tourist centres.
