Yoga is the corner stone to becoming aware of the body. It helps to transfer focus from the mind, into the body with the help of the breath.
The breath is perhaps the single most important tool we have in the transformational journey.
The gentle stretching afforded by yoga, coupled with awareness of the part of the body that is feeling a discomfort or physical limit, helps to gradually remove stiffness and physical blockages, often resulting in a feeling of euphoria and well being. .

To feel as one with the body, and beyond, is to put yourself in a space where the self healing capability of the body can work without hindrance from the distractions we tend to give it!
