Our mental component needs little development, only to learn how to quieten it! Mental over-activity is a key part of major religious philosophy, whether it is The ten thousand things of Chinese Taoists Lao Tzu or constantly reacting to thought stimuli as outlined in the Kabala. We believe that the most important element of detox is to cleanse the mind of its incessant activity.
Thoughts are powerful. Positive thoughts are good for us but most thoughts that roam freely in our heads are negative and work adversely with the same degree of power as positive thought. Quite often we are playing “tapes” from our early days. They will reflect misunderstandings from childhood about being worthy, loved, capable, deserving.

Since we connect with all things, such a standing order of negative broadcast only serves to manifest our doubts and fears.
When you are helped to become aware of thought that are attached to locked feelings, energy can be released in the form of tears, sound, movement etc and a pleasant state of ease may be attained.
Similarly, our concerns about our jobs, relationships, abundance can activate a permanent state of thought which is burning energy without generating wellbeing and is playing in a permanent loop just beneath our awareness. It takes a quiet place and some focussed contemplation to see the light of inspiration when the frazzle and dazzle of ambient interference is allowed to dissolve.
