Food and Water

It is common knowledge that pure fresh easily digestible food cleanses the body without using too much energy. This energy can be used elsewhere in the body.

I love bread, but if I have wheat based bread for breakfast, I go into a slump which takes away all my energy and inspiration for several hours. We do recommend drinking of at least 1-2 litres of water a day.

Not only in a warm climate is this necessary but if you are releasing toxins by the various ways we have discussed, it helps to flush them away.

Lynne, our Yoga Director, is also an advocate of drinking water during your yoga class. She is in touch with her body so she senses what it needs.
